We are Danish property advisers in the UAE, bridging Danish buyers and the local market with Danish standards and local expertise.
Our story
boligidubai.dk was created by Elizabeth and Jakob, who have both helped many Scandinavian buyers in the UAE. We saw how many Danes lacked an adviser who understands both where they come from and the local market. That's the gap we close.

Elizabeth Eterrii
Elizabeth is a qualified real estate agent in Denmark – a title that takes years of study and a finance education. Elizabeth brings that professional rigour to every piece of advice.
Over 8 years in the industry, Elizabeth has worked in Denmark, Spain and now the UAE, building a broad understanding of how international property markets work – and where Danish buyers usually need extra guidance.
Elizabeth is known for clear, honest advice and for always steering clients in the right direction – even when the right answer is to wait or choose something else.

Jakob Harmankaya Nissen
Jakob's background is in international business development and key account management, before moving to the UAE and earning a real estate licence here.
For the past 2 years Jakob has worked in the UAE property market, including with Sotheby's International Realty, helping local and international clients – from investors building a portfolio to families looking for a new home.
Jakob makes sure the process feels safe and straightforward: clear numbers, firm agreements and one Danish point of contact throughout.
